Jami Bangs is a phenomenal example of "Rags to Riches", and a Mentor and Role Model for women to look up to and learn from. Jami didn't have your traditional upbringing and had to Fight her way out of extreme conditions and through her incredible resilience, competitive edge and drive to evolve into the person she knew she had to become, she did just that. Jami is a first generation college graduate and received her MBA from the University of Alabama. Upon graduation she jumped into the sales and management industry where her rise to success began.
Jami opened her first firm in 2013 and within 5 years she helped build 40 companies, built a staff of 300 employees that grossed a combined total of $50,000,000 in revenue. Growing up in a single wide trailer and dropping out of high school, Josh knew the odds would be stacked against him. He started in the car business at the age of 18, as a summer job. Knowing he would have to outwork everyone around him to prove his worth he worked 7 days a week for the first 10 years of his career.
Josh rose through the ranks rapidly in the automotive world, expanding into multiple markets such as Oregon, Arizona, California, and Colorado. He worked for an automotive group that is a fortune 500 company and became the youngest GM in the company at the age of 28.

Luis Figueroa moved to Orlando, Florida in 2007. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MS in Civil Engineering and a Master in Business Administration he has gained expertise in urban planning, land development, investment planning and commercial real estate.
In 2011, Luis passed his real estate license, obtained a position with V-Enterprises, and then with Luxury Realty, where he has sold/leased more than $30 million in Orlando, Tampa & Miami. In 2014, he established own enterprise, Gold Bridge Realty, with the goal of continuing his successful record, and becoming among the top real estate & consulting companies in the Nation.
