Jami Bangs is a phenomenal example of a "Rags to Riches" Entrepreneur. She is a mentor and role model for women to look up to and learn from. Jami is a first generation college graduate and received her MBA from the University of Alabama. Upon graduation, she jumped into the sales and management industry where her rise to success began. She opened her first firm in 2013 and within 5 years she helped build 40 companies, 15 women CEOs, and built a staff of 300 employees that grossed a combined total of $50,000,000 in revenue. In America today, only 1% of female CEO ran companies reach $10,000,000 and only 1% of female CEO ran companies have over 50 employees.
Jami Bangs is a true visionary that has accomplished what only 1% of females in the business world currently have done. Jami's goal is to raise that 1% to 10% within the next 3 years. Myke Bangs, “The CEO Creator” is a self-made, serial entrepreneur that defeated all odds and statistics. By the age of 27- he had built 40 CEOs and companies across 7 industries and 12 states, grossing over $50,000,000 in revenue - all while getting married to his wife and business partner, Jami Bangs, and having two children. Myke has become industry known for his award-winning “Business in a Box” system that has revolutionized the game.

Myke’s rise began in the sales and management
industry, where he architected and developed the Project 30 Organization based out of Utah. His industry-leading development “Business in a Box,” that includes the evolutionary R.O.W. System, was responsible for developing over 40 CEO’s organically through his company's training program, which developed people from entry level to executive. Myke has won several awards for his entrepreneurship and business leadership, including the 2015 and 2016 Dave Parker CEO of the Year Award and was promoted to Regional Consultant in 2016.
Due to the amount of success Myke created, in 2017 he partnered with the #1 motivational speaker in the world, Eric Thomas, The Hip Hop Preacher as his advisor and Senior Agent. Also partnering with Kendall Ficklin, founder of Grindation - together they built The Global Agency, where they represent and manage clients in the motivational speaking, coaching and consulting industries.
