This success led him to start ROW Management Group.

OUR STORY
In 2013, Myke Bangs founded Project 30 - a direct marketing and sales firm - when he was just 22 years old. It was at Project 30 where Myke implemented his evolutionary training program that is designed to develop someone from an entry level position to executive management. In 2014, Myke met his future wife and business partner, Jami. Over the next 4 years, Myke and Jami would prove to be the ultimate entrepreneurial power couple. Together, they organically developed over 40 CEOs and built Project 30 into a $50,000,000 organization with 300+ employees.
In 2018, Myke and Jami decided to take their talents to a new industry and co-founded another company, The G Agency - a management and lead generation firm for motivational speakers, performance coaches, and business consultants that represents clients such as Eric Thomas, the #1 motivational speaker in the world.
In January of 2019, Myke and Jami capitalized on a niche opportunity. Specializing in restructuring and scaling businesses, they found themselves in high demand in the management and strategy consulting industry. Being the serial entrepreneurs they are, Myke and Jami started ROW Management Group - your solution for building, scaling, and duplicating a sustainable business.
