Sparkle Wilson
CEO, TMT Realty & Management Services
Following an amazing 21-year journey filled with highly-certified job
entitlements, Sparkle began her journey in 1998 as a property administrator for a highly prestigious law firm in the Real Estate department. In 2008, Sparkle obtained her Illinois Brokers and Community Association Management license.
Sparkle has always had the desire to help others, ultimately assisting in servicing as a community manager for investors and community associations locally and nationally. In Sparkle’s spare time, she enjoys spending time traveling and quality time with her family.
OUR STORY
TMT Realty & Management Services has been the fresh face of property management services throughout the Chicagoland and surrounding suburban areas since 2014.
The Management Team consists of licensed real estate professionals with over 20 years of experience managing public and private housing.
Our team members are highly knowledgeable of industry standards and state laws that are demonstrated by possessing licensures and certifications such as Community Association Manager (CAM), Real Estate Broker, Leasing Agent, Certified Occupancy Specialist and Accredited Residential Management (ARM). All accreditations/licensures were obtained through institutions that are at the forefront of housing such as; National Housing Center for Housing Management (NCHM), Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDPFR), Community Association Institue (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Included in our management team is 25 years of banking experience on a senior level with a special focus in treasury management. Experience has been a key factor in the on-going and growing success of TMT Realty. The possibilities are endless at TMT Realty with portfolios of all sizes ranging from single family homes, HOA’s to condominiums, multi-family and commercial properties. We have our own in-house maintenance and landscape team and we partner construction companies and licensed GC’s on bigger projects/renovations. Our goal is to always increase the owner’s ROI.
